The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Additional information

How we protect your data

We have implemented SSL certificates across the entire Argonwise domain. In addition, we have metric scoring through SecurityScorecard to monitor any security issues associated with our domain and relevant assets.

Moreover, Argonwise also has industry standard security practices in place to ensure that every time users visit the website, they can browse and submit information safely and securely.

If you believe that you have encountered an error, or have found a vulnerability associated with our assets, please contact secops@argonwise.com.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Due to the limited data that our current website collects, we will notify users via email should this limited information be leaked or compromised.

Currently, the process involves the following:

  • Within 24 hours, we will notify all users who have given us their email address of a security incident.
  • Within 72 hours, we will notify affected users of the full scope and our remediation steps.
  • Within 1 week, the security incident will be resolved.

As a reminder, we only collect emails and data from those emails. Given that we do not keep records of any PII, ePHI, or other legally protected information, there are no additional data breach procedures.
